ANOTHER LOSS

Bawsor

Webber: 29 points, 15 reb, 11 assists

All for nothing ...

Jim Jackson: 15 minutes

Brother Hedo: 6 minutes

I just don't understand it. We were winning before JJ came on board. Why change horses in midstream? Why disrupt the team chemistry?

Why not use the same guys who brought to the brink last season?

Why subject Hedo to such public humiliation after what he had done for us?

Hedo is taller, stronger, quicker, a better shooter and defender than JJ.

Our future is Hedo and Gerald, not JJ, who came here with a lot of baggage. JJ is suppossed to be a stop-gap solution. Now he is taking over Hedo's minutes.

Ick...

Somebody quick, get Mulder and Scully on the phone...what has happened to the Kings' perimeter shooting is a real X-File. Peja's stock in trade, and he was one for how many tonight? And Doug "5-for-5" Christie--nada from the arc? Bobby, Jim, even Mike had limited success from "downtown". It's just plain wierd...

Poor Chris, whips out a triple double and they still lose. At least it was by single digits, if there is any consolation to be had. I also note he had 5 steals. Little John to DC's Robin Hood? Nice to have that kind of hustle on the squad...

Man, that B-Jax/Christie/Hedo/Webber/Divac lineup is looking pretty good...::sigh:: I know, it's only an adjustment period...but still!

Ah well. Back home tomorrow night, and against a team battling the Lakers for last place in the division...not that they won't try to bring their A game (at least whoever of them doesn't get popped with suspensions due to the dustup last night) but I'll bet the Kings will be hella glad to get home. Hope it's smooth sailing for them and that they get a good balance of rest and practise for the three-ring circus Wednesday. (Hey, it's only one game out of 82 in the season... but I'm expecting the hype, speculation, fan behaviour and possibly Laker shenanigans to have all the decorum and sportsmanship of an Ozzfest mosh pit...or less... )

I think I've seen this before...Kings get off to a great start without one of it's star...then star comes back...team goes into a funk...everyone on this board thinks they know what's wrong with the team...Kings go on a double digit winning streak, finishing the regular season ON FIRE!!!...well you know the rest (expect I hope the ending will be diffrent this year)!!!LOL
