OK, ON TO "THE GAME"
JB
Kings
103-88. Easy win. Peja finally had a good
game from the perimeter. He wasn't really
defended closely. So if he plays well when
Rick Fox is guarding him, I'm ready to believe
in him again.
Christie had a very good game again. He
seemed to be one of those guys out of synch
in trying to get Bibby and Bobby on the
court at the same time. He had limited minutes
(26) tonight and still put in a typical
Christie night with 8 points and 4 steals.
I expect more minutes for him on Wednesday
against Kobe.
I
thought the lineup of Vlade, Keon, Hedo,
JJ and Bobby was just flat not working.
There was no passing, quick shots and they
just flat got outhustled. They seem to be
working awful hard to get JJ some shots
and Keon doesn't seem to play well with
that unit. Hedo looked tentative and also
took a very bad shot. The offense should
have run through Vlade and Bobby, but it
never did. Once Bobby started getting the
ball when Chris and Mike returned, the scoring
clicked.
Let
the hype begin (or continue for those already
in gear).
