We have been asked by a casting company to go to LA and be extras (fans in the crowd) in a movie called "Like Mike" which stars Lil' Bow Wow as a kid who finds magic shoes that let him play in the NBA. Disney did a baseball movie like this. The fictional team this kid plays on will play against real NBA teams that have real stars on them. This weekend or the next (I will find out 8:00 am on the 17th) the team will play against the "Kings", and Vlade, Bibby, and Webber are scheduled to be filmed that day. The casting company decided that the best fans to put in the audience would be rabid Kings fans, so they decided to contact us and let us have a chance at tickets to this filming. They will have somewhere near 2500 fans in the crowd that they will move around for different angle shots. Free food and drinks are included as well as drawings for prizes, and talent shows between takes. Shoot is tentatively scheduled from 8am to 5 pm. After we make the list and send it to him, he will put tickets under our names at the will call area there for us to pick up the day of the shoot, but we ARE guaranteed to get in. No transportation or hotel can be offered.
